If you are installing TELUS TV as part of your move, you will need to be at home during the appointment arrival window and throughout the entire installation. Unless your Move Specialist discussed an appointment with you, most phone line and Internet installations do not require you to be home.
If you are installing TELUS TV as part of your move, your TELUS Technician will set up all of your services. If you are self-installing your Internet, please refer to your Movers package sent to your old address for simple setup instructions. If you require further assistance, please visit telus.com/support or call us at 310-TECH (8324). Keep in mind that your services may not be working until midnight the day of your install.
You will be able to access your voicemail by dialing *98 from your home phone. Please note that you may need to reactivate your voice mailbox after the move. Please click here for detailed instructions on how to set up your voicemail service.
If you are subscribing to new services at the time of your move, your first bill at your new address might appear larger than normal. This is because TELUS normally bills its services one month in advance. The charges for your new service on the first bill will include one month of service that is billed in advance, plus the usage that occurs between your new service activation date to your first billing date. Please note that certain service/installation charges may apply based on your service address.
